The goal of the roundtable was to move beyond AI hype and tool selection and focused on AI readiness as a leadership and operating model challenge. Rather than debating models or vendors, the conversation centered on the conditions business leaders must create for AI to deliver sustained value at scale — including how data, talent, infrastructure, and governance decisions either accelerated or constrained adoption.
