As founder and President of Minneapolis-based consulting firm ITR Group, Inc. Todd Montpetit oversees and leads all aspects of his growing company. Since 1997, ITR Group has grown from a small start-up company to one of the largest and most successful consulting firms in Minnesota. ITR Group has played a leading role in growing the market for IT consultants by finding “best-fit” placements with industry leading companies throughout the area – and enabling thousands of tech livelihoods as a result. With a client list that includes multiple Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, ITR Group offers solutions in various areas of project management, design and analysis, architecture, QA, Application development just to name a few.
Securing financing, hiring staff, and policy development are just a few of the functions Todd performs in his management of ITR Group. Since day one, Todd has taken a hands-on approach to running his business, instilling a culture of pride and performance in each of his offices. Today, ITR boasts over $20 million in annual revenue with a staff of over 150 employees and consultants. Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of knowledge, Todd has developed a knack for success at managing and leading new companies while surrounding himself with industry leaders.
Allison brings a breadth and depth of knowledge from her experience in both Human Resources and the IT consulting field that makes her indispensable in the work we do. She spans recruiting, resource management and human resources. ITR Group thrives on this experience and the talents of her team. As the central point between recruiting, sales, back office and consulting, Allison focuses on bringing the teams together to make the process of placement, experience as a consultant, and the transition to a new engagement or off an assignment efficient and successful.
As Senior Recruiter, Stephanie has over 18 years of IT recruiting experience as well as mentoring recruiters whose value is in finding the ideal fit.
It’s work that has many facets. For clients, Stephanie focuses on understanding corporate needs as well as a business’ environment and culture. With consultants, she works to see beyond resumes to identify consultants’ solid talents and interests. And in all cases, it’s vital to keep communication channels open and responsive.
Stephanie brings a genuine nature and ability to connect, plus a level of optimistic persistence. She, in turn, credits the work environment at ITR Group for her success, where the team is empowered to make decisions, can stay flexible as needs change, and, most of all, is encouraged to collaborate.
As one of its first employees, Tracy Everson has been front-row-and-center to the powerful growth of ITR Group. In fact, she’s helped create it.
While Tracy has been responsible for all matters of finance and accounting—receivables, payables, payroll, administering 401(k) plans, cash flow, budgeting, and ongoing financial reporting—this is not a siloed role as it is in some companies. ITR Group requires a more nimble team approach, one which leans on Tracy’s communication strength and the inter-department trust and collaboration she has helped engineer.
There’s also her ability to manage complexity. Tracy has helped build systems and set expectations for excellence that allow ITR Group to lead the industry.
When she’s not knee-deep in a spreadsheet, she volunteers for various youth-sports organizations, bowls and plays softball.

Dave has 25 years of experience in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry in a variety of roles from Account Management, Business Development, Managing Director, National Portfolio Director, and Vice President. During his career, he has successfully worked with companies of all sizes from large fortune 100 firms to small and mid-sized companies across many different industries. Dave is hands on in providing staff augmentation, direct hire, managed services, outsourcing, SOW, payrolling, vendor management, strategic planning, and executive search services across all IT disciplines. Dave has managed and lead sales, recruiting, and operations teams that excel at delivering growth and excellent service to clients and candidates and has received numerous client recognition awards. He is local and has spent his career in the Twin Cities area and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.

Sheeba is a natural connector, her passion for meeting people and establishing relationships led her to ITR Group and to her role as a Talent Lead, where she enjoys collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues and clients. She puts people first, making it a priority to get to know them personally and professionally, to understand what makes them tick and work to make their time at ITR Group valuable.
Outside of the office, Sheeba enjoys sharing time and good food with her family and friends, as well as nature walks, tennis, reading and especially volunteering at her son’s school.

Anna has over 5 years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry. As a valued sales professional Anna is dedicated to partnering with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and create custom strategies in order to successfully deliver the right talent for temporary, permanent and contract-to-hire placements. Her goal is to always deliver the right fit, at the right time, for the right reasons supported by the best service in the industry.
Away from the office, Anna enjoys golfing, attending stand-up comedy shows, and taking long walks with her rescue dog, Jax!
Evan attended Saint John’s University where he obtained a Liberal Art’s degree, majoring in Accounting. He utilized that degree in his first job as an Accountant in the real estate industry. His passion for meeting new people, learning more about local businesses and growing those relationships led him to change his career path and he joined the recruiting industry.
When not working Evan enjoys golfing, playing hockey or walking his dog Finn. The rest of his time is spent with his fiancé Kayla at local breweries and restaurants.
Aaron has over 8 years of experience in Technical Staffing Industry. Throughout the 8 years, he has strong experience in IT, Engineering and Operations and Sales recruiting environments. Aaron really enjoys building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and that’s what motivates him on a daily basis. He really enjoys getting to know clients from a culture and technical perspective, which allows him to identify the right talent that makes for long lasting employees.
Aaron is an avid Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings fan, and spends a lot of time at Target Field and US Bank Stadium. Outside of cheering for the local teams, he is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman that really enjoys going to the Boundary Waters to unwind and recharge.
Gabe has over 12 years of successful Information Technology Sales and Recruiting Services in the local Twin Cities and national U.S. market. His primary focus on providing full cycle staffing and consulting services, enterprise account management/contingent workforce management, relationship and solution-based selling, on-shore/off-shore management, while continuously delivering top technology resources for corporate enterprise level clients to SMB clients in the public and private sectors. His expertise working with organizational leadership to hire for highly technical and functional roles, ranging from entry level to C-level leadership.

As a Senior Recruiter, Autumn is skilled in talent acquisition and candidate management. Autumn has a wide range of experience spanning from infrastructure, development, QA to project management within a wide variety of industries. She pairs this with her ability to build valued relationships with hiring managers and candidates, resulting in successfully matching consultants with client opportunities. No position is too great or too small to get personal and prompt attention. She is focused on constant communication between the client and candidate to ensure a quality hiring and work experience for both parties.
When Autumn is not recruiting she enjoys taking care of her family, cooking food, gardening, volunteering and outdoor activities.
