As founder and President of Minneapolis-based consulting firm ITR Group, Todd Montpetit has built two thriving companies in the IT consulting space: ITR Group and ITR Mobility. “There’s nothing I like more than opening up possibilities,” Todd says, “and seeing people grow professionally and financially as a result.”
ITR Group is case in point. Since 1997, it has played a leading role in growing the market for IT consultants by finding “best fit” placements with industry-leading companies throughout the area—and enabling thousands of tech livelihoods as a result.
With ITR Mobility, the team is on the forefront of helping leading companies profitably stay ahead of the ever-changing mobile curve. By making it easy to modernize, go cross-platform and transform productivity, ITR Mobility has pioneered a way to bring Fortune 500 companies’ mobile development forward faster and less expensively.
Securing financing, hiring staff, and policy development are just a few of the functions Todd performs in his management of ITR Group. Since day one, Todd has taken a hands-on approach to running his business, instilling a culture of pride and performance in each of his offices. Todd fosters open dialogue and a deep level of trust in his team to work hard, work well together, and do right by their clients. It’s a style that has resulted in entrepreneurial thinking and made both companies remarkable places to work.
Todd is an Executive Board Member of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Diabetes Association. When he’s not with his family, he loves to fish, with a favorite deep woods fishing hole known only to a handful of humans.
As a consultant placement firm, ITR Group thrives on the talents of Allison and her team—the people whose work touches recruiting, benefits, compensation, contracts and consultant performance.
As the central point between recruiting, sales, back office and consulting, one of Allison’s roles is to bring the teams together to make the process of placement as efficient as possible. A major part of this role is removing roadblocks from relationships with the consultants and clients she serves.
With background that includes both HR and IT Consulting services, Allison has a breadth knowledge and depth of experience that makes her indispensable to the work we do.
As Senior Recruiter, Stephanie has over 15 years of IT recruiting experience as well as mentoring recruiters whose value is in finding the ideal fit.
It’s work that has many facets. For clients, Stephanie focuses on understanding corporate needs as well as a business’ environment and culture. With consultants, she works to see beyond resumes to identify consultants’ solid talents and interests. And in all cases, it’s vital to keep communication channels open and responsive.
Stephanie brings a genuine nature and ability to connect, plus a level of optimistic persistence. She, in turn, credits the work environment at ITR Group for her success, where the team is empowered to make decisions, can stay flexible as needs change, and, most of all, is encouraged to collaborate.
As one of its first employees, Tracy Everson has been front-row-and-center to the powerful growth of ITR Group. In fact, she’s helped create it.
While Tracy has been responsible for all matters of finance and accounting—receivables, payables, payroll, administering 401(k) plans, cash flow, budgeting, and ongoing financial reporting—this is not a siloed role as it is in some companies. ITR Group requires a more nimble team approach, one which leans on Tracy’s communication strength and the inter-department trust and collaboration she has helped engineer.
There’s also her ability to manage complexity. Tracy has helped build systems and set expectations for excellence that allow ITR Group to lead the industry.
When she’s not knee-deep in a spreadsheet, she volunteers for various youth-sports organizations, bowls and plays softball.

With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration, Sheeba put her education to good use at Best Buy, US Bank, Thomson Reuters and NKB Solutions. Her passion for meeting people and establishing relationships led her to ITR Group and to her role as a recruiter, where she enjoys collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues and clients.
When not working, Sheeba enjoys sharing time and good food with her family and friends, as well as nature walks, tennis, reading and especially volunteering at her son’s school.
Talent Experience Lead
James has over two decades with global executive search firms across
industries so he brings a broad and deep understanding of the art and
science of “good fits.” As a Senior Recruiter at ITR Group, he
leverages his understanding of IT skill sets and plays an integral part in
building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
Outside of the office, James enjoys spending time with his family, golfing,
attending sporting events and volunteering for the nearest homeless shelter.
Cindy believes that finding the “right fit” means going beyond the job description to match the personal values and passions of candidates with an ideal company culture. This means having conversations that focus on the individual as well as the skillset. “One of the things that drew me to ITR is the focus on going the extra distance to build lasting relationships.”
Cindy’s background includes recruiting for the IT and Engineering fields in Minnesota. She has a tech savvy mind and a fascination with cutting edge technology.
While born and raised in Minnesota, Cindy takes every opportunity to fly somewhere warm to scuba dive. She also enjoys volunteering with Girl Scouts, spending time with friends, and exploring local craft breweries.
Lisa has over two decades of experience with Corporate and Executive search firms across multiple industries. Lisa is a motivated, seasoned Senior Recruiter who excels in building relationships with her candidates. Her creative and knowledgeable recruitment strategies bring success to Client managers.
One of the things that attracted Lisa to work for ITR Group was that they encourage the employees to rely on the talents of their teammates. Relying on other people builds trust, and teamwork establishes strong relationships with coworkers. Great teams build each other up. By working together, ITR Group is successful in establishing winning results for both the consultants and clients.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and the occasional opportunity to travel.

To Mark, it's all about building relationships and partnering to provide the right IT talent for his client's specific project needs. He truly likes to make a difference - in helping hiring managers to fill critical roles on their team, as well as helping people to find their next opportunity.
In his personal time, Mark loves going to his cabin up north and spending time outdoors (fishing, boating, tubing, etc.) with his family and friends. Mark also loves sports (especially football and hockey), music and travel.

Joshua joins ITR Group with over nine years of experience in the staffing industry. His background as an IT Recruiter provides him a great understanding of many different technologies and technical positions. Josh has made a career of placing the right people with his clients.
During his free time, Josh enjoys being involved with his old rugby club (St. Paul Pigs), spending time with friends and family, following MN sports, and travelling.

Autumn is a caring and professional IT Technical Recruiter with 3 years of experience successfully matching clients and candidates. Autumn has experience placing candidates with experience in everything from Infrastructure to Development all over the Midwest. She has built many valued relationships with hiring managers and candidates across many states. No position is to great or too small to get personal and prompt attention. What that means is constant communication between the client and candidate to ensure a quality hiring and work experience for both parties.
Being from Minneapolis and traveling from California to Israel and many cities in between there have been many people lessons learned. Cultures and attitudes are very different and you must listen and treat people with respect and many doors will open. When she is not recruiting she enjoys taking care of her family, cooking food, gardening, volunteering and outdoor activities.
