As founder and President of Minneapolis-based consulting firm ITR Group, Inc. Todd Montpetit oversees and leads all aspects of his growing company. Since 1997, ITR Group has grown from a small start-up company to one of the largest and most successful consulting firms in Minnesota. ITR Group has played a leading role in growing the market for IT consultants by finding “best-fit” placements with industry leading companies throughout the area – and enabling thousands of tech livelihoods as a result. With a client list that includes multiple Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, ITR Group offers solutions in various areas of project management, design and analysis, architecture, QA, Application development just to name a few.
Securing financing, hiring staff, and policy development are just a few of the functions Todd performs in his management of ITR Group. Since day one, Todd has taken a hands-on approach to running his business, instilling a culture of pride and performance in each of his offices. Today, ITR boasts over $20 million in annual revenue with a staff of over 150 employees and consultants. Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of knowledge, Todd has developed a knack for success at managing and leading new companies while surrounding himself with industry leaders.
Dave has 25 years of experience in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry in a variety of roles from Account Management, Business Development, Managing Director, National Portfolio Director, and Vice President. During his career, he has successfully worked with companies of all sizes from large fortune 100 firms to small and mid-sized companies across many different industries. Dave is hands on in providing staff augmentation, direct hire, managed services, outsourcing, SOW, payrolling, vendor management, strategic planning, and executive search services across all IT disciplines. Dave has managed and lead sales, recruiting, and operations teams that excel at delivering growth and excellent service to clients and candidates and has received numerous client recognition awards. He is local and has spent his career in the Twin Cities area and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.
Allison brings a breadth and depth of knowledge from her experience in both Human Resources and the IT consulting field that makes her indispensable in the work we do. She spans recruiting, resource management and human resources. ITR Group thrives on this experience and the talents of her team. As the central point between recruiting, sales, back office and consulting, Allison focuses on bringing the teams together to make the process of placement, experience as a consultant, and the transition to a new engagement or off an assignment efficient and successful.
As Senior Recruiter, Stephanie has over 18 years of IT recruiting experience as well as mentoring recruiters whose value is in finding the ideal fit.
It’s work that has many facets. For clients, Stephanie focuses on understanding corporate needs as well as a business’ environment and culture. With consultants, she works to see beyond resumes to identify consultants’ solid talents and interests. And in all cases, it’s vital to keep communication channels open and responsive.
Stephanie brings a genuine nature and ability to connect, plus a level of optimistic persistence. She, in turn, credits the work environment at ITR Group for her success, where the team is empowered to make decisions, can stay flexible as needs change, and, most of all, is encouraged to collaborate.
As one of its first employees, Tracy Everson has been front-row-and-center to the powerful growth of ITR Group. In fact, she’s helped create it.
While Tracy has been responsible for all matters of finance and accounting—receivables, payables, payroll, administering 401(k) plans, cash flow, budgeting, and ongoing financial reporting—this is not a siloed role as it is in some companies. ITR Group requires a more nimble team approach, one which leans on Tracy’s communication strength and the inter-department trust and collaboration she has helped engineer.
There’s also her ability to manage complexity. Tracy has helped build systems and set expectations for excellence that allow ITR Group to lead the industry.
When she’s not knee-deep in a spreadsheet, she volunteers for various youth-sports organizations, bowls and plays softball.
Luke believes the two keys to success in life are a positive mental attitude and great work ethic. He joins ITR with just over 6 years of IT Staffing experience. As a Business Development Manager, Luke’s goal is to create true partnerships and solutions for our Consultants and our Clients. Luke is experienced in supporting Enterprise Organizations through Staff Augmentation, Statement of Work and Managed Solutions.
A Graduate of Hosftra University with a double Bachelors in Business Management and Marketing. Has since moved back to the Twin Cities and enjoys coaching his youth wrestling team and spending time with family and friends.
Sam has over two and a half years’ experience as an IT Recruiter. She has worked with a variety of candidates here in the Twin Cities and nationally as well. Sam’s priority is to find out what candidates are looking for in their next job opportunity and match them up with potential employers where they have the chance to grow and achieve their goals. She is constantly communicating with her candidates providing them updates and feedback as soon as she receives it. Sam enjoys building and maintaining relationships with her candidates through the entire hiring process and beyond.
When she is not recruiting, Sam enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, and traveling.
As a Senior Recruiter, Autumn is skilled in talent acquisition and candidate management. Autumn has a wide range of experience spanning from infrastructure, development, QA to project management within a wide variety of industries. She pairs this with her ability to build valued relationships with hiring managers and candidates, resulting in successfully matching consultants with client opportunities. No position is too great or too small to get personal and prompt attention. She is focused on constant communication between the client and candidate to ensure a quality hiring and work experience for both parties.
When Autumn is not recruiting she enjoys taking care of her family, cooking food, gardening, volunteering and outdoor activities.
